The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0208-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Thomas Smith. The project is limited to construction of a shallow impoundment with a spillway on a seasonal watercourse approximately 70 feet by 100 feet ( ~0.16 acres of potential storage) and a trapezoidal (perpendicular view) concrete dam approximately 15 feet wide by 2 feet deep (thickness) and 7 feet high to support private recreational use (swimming).
