Document Description
Perform maintenance and rehabilitation on Lawndale, Channel, and two Quarry Trails in Trione-Annadel State Park to improve trail sustainability and safety. Work will include a combination of the following along the length of each trail:
• Repair trail treads to maintain a uniform and out-sloped surface;
• Remove inboard sloughs and outer berms;
• Harden trail treads with imported rock and aggregate;
• Rehabilitate existing trail drainage features and other trail features;
• Install new drainage features including drainage dips and armored drainage swales; and
• Trim vegetation to maintain 6-foot wide and up to 12-foot high trail corridors.
All work will be performed per the guidelines of the California State Parks Trails Handbook and the California State Park Vegetation Management Guidelines for Trails and Roads.

condition of land, water and/or vegetation which does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees.
