The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-KER-28708-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, AVEP BESS, LLC.
The Project includes activities related to the construction of a bridge structure along a road that will access a battery energy storage system (BESS) within a larger solar development site (Rabbitbrush Solar) that is currently under construction.
