Remove existing sitting deck, gangway, and boatlift. From existing pier wall, construct 5-foot by 15-foot additional section of pier, 16-foot by 16-foot sitting deck, 3-foot by 30-foot gangway, and 24-foot by 30-foot covered boat lift. Six existing pilings will be removed; 10 new metal pilings will be driven.

Reasons for Exemption
The project is repair of an existing private structure. No littoral vegetation will be removed. All work in the lake will take place between October 15 and December 31. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats.
