Document Description
The proposed project includes the roofing replacement on five buildings on the Californ ia School for the Deaf campus. Building #27 (Administration Building), Building #28 (POP Cottage), Building #31 (Central Plant), Building #32 (Warehouse), and Building #33 (Maintenance). Current roofs will be removed and replaced with new roof systems to include composite insulation sheathing tapered ridged insulation, water proofing, metal flashing, sloped asphalt shingles system and flat single-ply roof system. The project will also remove wood fascia, gutters and downspouts, repair and/or replace wood substrate, wood siding and trim as required in allowances. The new roofs will adhere to current safety standards.
