Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0191-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Richard Thomas Davis.
The project is limited to the reimplementation of a bank stabilization project, permitted under 1600-201 5-0280-R3, which was implemented improperly in 2017. The project will entail the removal of approximately 150 cubic yards, over 150 square feet, along 91 linear feet of excess riprap that was installed improperly along the toe of the slope and the removal and reinstallation of approximately 2,000 square feet of riprap in accordance with the originally permitted project. On-site restoration plantings will also be installed as detailed in the Habitat Restoration Planting Plan and will restore an area of approximately 3,165 square feet. One tree will be removed as part of this project.
