Document Description
The proposed project activities are limited to the establishment of a new creek alignment away from the dam and bank; filling the area downstream of the dam with native stream bed material to match the dam elevation; filling voids within the eroding east bank toe of slope with sand, rocks, and gravel; installation of rock slope protection along the east bank of the toe of slope; filling of voids in the RSP and existing voids within the upper east bank with alluvial sands and gravels; removal of the north and east bank retaining wall; installation of large woody debris structures; removal of approximately nine (9) trees {big leaf maple, California bay, and tanoak); removal of a dead tanoak stump; and planting of native plants.
