The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0161-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, John Bennett.
The project is limited to three permanent culvert replacements over unnamed Class II watercourses at map points 322, 344, 345; one permanent culvert removal over an unnamed Class II watercourse at map point 1360; installation of a temporary skid trail crossing over an unnamed Class II watercourse at map point 5; and water drafting from the South Fork Gualala River, a Class I watercourse, at the Valley Crossing Site.
