Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0143-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Crawford & Associates, Inc., as represented by Shawn Leyva. The project is limited to using a Central Mining Equipment 75 truck mounted drill to collect 3 geotechnical borings to a depth of 120 +/- feet; about 31 cubic feet of soil cuttings. The borings will be encased, and the cuttings drill fluid will be placed in drums, sealed, and disposed of appropriately. Boreholes will be back filled with neat cement grout per the County of Lake Environmental Health requirements.
