Final Map No. 30857-9, Amendment No. I consists of the following approval: • Reduction to Parcel 41 to 3.65-acres, • Consolidate the southern portion of Parcel 41 as well as Parcel 49 and 50 to become Parcel 48, • Increase Parcel 73 to 10.77-acres, • Increase Parcel 74 to 9.42-acres, • Increase Parcel 75 to 8.24-acres; and - 7 • Create lots 72, 73, 74, and 75 of the TTM (Orange Terrace Retail area). • Create lots 80, 81 of the TTM (Orange Terrace Retail area), • Create/merge lot 13 ofthe TTM (was lots 14, 15 and 16 of Tract 30857-7) into I lot, • Create 20' landscape easement to LLMD/MJPA on lots 11, 12, 13, 16 and 17 ofTTM, and; • Create lot 10 of the TTM (NWC of Bundy Avenue and Krameria Avenue to keep the map contiguous). Final Map 30857-9, Amendment No. I will not amend any prior entitlements and is subject to all prior approvals and conditions related to the March Business Center Land Swap Addendum project.

Based on the requirements of the March JPA Development Code and State CEQA Guidelines Section 15268(b)(3), the approval ofa final subdivision map is considered exempt from the requirements of the CEQA. Accordingly, staff recommends filing and posting a Notice of Exemption pursuant to March JPA 's Local CEQA Guidelines.
