A Deviation application (PA-1800253) has been submitted concurrently requesting a reduction in the rear yard setback of one (1) parcel and the rear and side yard setbacks of one (1) parcel. The project proposes receiving public water from the California Water Service Company and public sanitary sewer service and stormwater drainage from the City of Stockton. The project proposes two (2) driveways off of E. Fremont Street.
