The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-LAN-21104-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Claremont Homes. The project involves the construction of 137 single-family residence lots, 4 open space lots, 2 private recreation lots, and 14 public facility lots on a 186.45 acres site. There are seven total drainages on the project site. Four of the seven drainages will be impacted by rough grading activities and the installation of debris basins, resulting in permanent impacts to 0.36 acres of streambed habitat within the lower portions of Drainages 3, 5a, 5b, and 6. Drainages 1, 2, and 4 will not be impacted by Project activities.
