Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MEN-31360 -R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant is the California Department of Transportation. This Agreement authorizes the California Department of Transportation’s drainage system restoration and maintenance activities at ten locations along US Route 101 in Mendocino County between PM 63.96 to PM 104.5 and State Route 271 at PM 0.01. This project proposes to reconstruct or rehabilitate culverts, inlet structures, etc. at nine drainage system locations from project 01-48420 and one drainage system location from project 01-48400.
