Document Description
The County of San Benito proposes a lot line adjustment to combine the two parcels that constitute the project site. The County of San Benito also proposes development of the one-story 17,212 square foot New Behavioral Health Center. The new facility will replace the existing behavioral health center located immediately to the west. The existing facility would be reoccupied by another county department. The proposed project includes 87 parking spaces within a landscaped parking lot. Proposed utilities include extending an existing water line in Community Parkway, north to the project site via the existing cul-de-sac. The project would connect to an existing sanitary sewer line in the adjacent cul-de-sac, and storm water would be routed to an existing retention pond northwest of the project site.
