Document Description
The project is limited to work associated with construction and fence installation across five ephemeral streams at the perimeter of the parcel as part of the conversion of a 160-acre agricultural parcel from alfalfa to cannabis cultivation. Project activities will include construction of an approximately 150 by 300-foot cannabis processing
building, a 30 by 30 foot chemical storage building, 45 parking stalls, an entry driveway and gate, and a security fence along the entire property line. Proposed construction activities will impact 0.025 acre of Fish and Game Code section 1602 resources.
