Document Description
Develop a 95 acre cannabis cultivation project. Cultivation will occur inside 300' setbacks from all property lines. All impacts on aesthetics, septic/sewage, and odor from the project will be lowered to less than significant effects by including all mitigation measures as Conditions of Approval for the the issuance of the Conditional Use Permit.
