The project is an As-built Major Grading Plan and Administrative Permit for an As-built Tier II Horse Stable. The project consists of the excavation of 24,515 cubic yards, fill of 25,085 cubic yards and import of 570 cubic yards of material. Also, an as-built 10,791 square foot commercial horse stable with five parking spaces and landscaping. The project site is located at 15640 Highland Valley Road in the Ramona Community Plan Area, within unincorporated San Diego County.
