Document Description
To establish a 115' monopine telecommunications tower. Associated equipment includes an 8'x8' equipment shelter, a 30kw diesel emergency backup generator, entire tower, and a 190 gallon tank. All associated equipment will be enclosed within a 6' chain link fence on a 50'x50' leased area. The proposed project is located in an RE-B: 1 0; Residential Estate-Building Site Combining (minimum parcel size 10,000 sq. ft.) Zoning District/ General Commercial General Plan designation. (APN 027-020-004) The project site is located north of the City of Red Bluff on the north side of Wilcox Road, 250' east of the Wilcox Road/Interstate 5 intersection. The project site is accessed from Wilcox road.
