Document Description
The proposed project will include the repair of a portion of the interior Terrazzo flooring, gypsum board wall finishes and wall cracks as a result of seasonal underground water heaving. All wall-mounted items shall be temporarily removed, salvaged and reinstalled after the wall has been refinished. All adjacent areas are to be protected during renovation. The restoration of the damaged structure will meet current standards of public health and safety.
