Document Description
The project includes replacement of a failing 12" storm drain line along a 340 linear foot alley (5300K) and an 18" stormdrain line along 770 linear feet of Maple Street, 3 new drain inlets will be installed and the Maple Street pavement segment and all five alleys will receive full pavement rehabilitation.

This re-surfacing project is exempt by CEQA section 15301 (C) which allows for repair, maintenance, and/or minor alteration of existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities (this includes road grading for the purpose of public safety). This project is further exempt by Public Resources Code -PRC 21080 (b) (1) as a Ministerial project proposed to be carried out by a Public Agency.
