Issue Right of Entry Permit to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to Hatton Canyon Park Property to remove a well. Caltrans contractors will remove well and return site to original condition. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
