15332, Class 32
Reasons for Exemption
The proposed park revitalization project would be located within an existing three-acre park, which is surrounded by urban development, and does not contain any habitat for endangered, rare, or threatened species. The project is consistent with the General Plan and zoning regulations applicable to the designation (Public Facilities), does not include any changes or impacts to historic resources, and would be served by existing utilities and public services. Based on the project location within an urban environment, existing use as a neighborhood park, and limited scope of proposed revitalization elements, approval of the project would not result in any significant effects relating to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality.
