The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0646-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Khris Rulon. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment including the temporary installation of a multiple culvert crossing for the purposes of salvage logging under Emergency Notice of Timber Operations exemption (2-18EM 00110-SHA) permitted by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CALF IRE).
