Based on the IS analysis, the Project does not require mitigation measures to reduce a potentially significant impact. CEQA guidelines section 15300.2 (Exceptions) lists a number of exceptions that preclude the use of a CEQA Categorical Exemption. Our analysis concludes that CEQA guidelines section 15300.2 (Exceptions to the Exemptions) does not apply to the proposed Lake Don Pedro CSD Backup Generators Project.
