The BOARD OF DIRECTORS finds that the activity funded by the loan is a project that is exempt under Title 14 - Chapter 3 -Article 19 - Section 15301 and California Code, Public Resources Code - PRC§21080.35 because the project involves replacement of existing equipment or negligible expansion of existing use of the facilities, as well as the installation of rooftop Solar PV systems.
