The Project purpose is to rehabilitate an ephemeral creek and improve water quality by re-grading the creek to reduce flow velocities and capturing sediment by installing a sand trap at a culvert inlet, boulder weirs along the re-graded channel, and a rock-lined basin at a culvert outlet.
