Document Description
The project is limited to the installation and removal of one temporary crossing (50) within the footprint of Camp Fire. Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI), Under the Merchant Bar EM shall remove trees burned as a result of the Camp Fire. SPI needs to cross the Little West Fork Feather River to access the area with the burned trees. Upon completion of the work SPI shall return the watercourses to its original alignment and gradient.

Reasons for Exemption
This project installs a temporary crossing over the Little West Fork Feather River. The crossing is an existing facility, is temporary, and allows for fish passage. When the crossing is removed the watercourse shall be returned its original alignment and gradient. Activities will have no impacts on sensitive species or habitats.
