Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2019-0446-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to John & Edna Kimball, MatthewTelles, and Jace Richter representing Thunderbird Land Management LLC.
The project is limited to 10 encroachments: six are to upgrade existing undersized culverts, one is to install a new 18-inch culvert on a class Ill watercourse, one is to remove approximately 75 cubic yards of accumulated road related sediment from a class Ill watercourse} and two are to upgrade existing armored fill crossings.
