Reasons for Exemption
Class l - Existing Facilities. The project is repair of an existing private structure. No littoral vegetation will be removed. All work in the lake will take place between October 15 and December 31. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats.
