Document Description
The proposed project will install two pole mounted rapid flashing beacons at an existing crosswalk. Sprinkler pipe and sprinkler head will need to be capped and rerouted away from one of the new posts that will be installed. The two post are 12'-8" tapered 5" diameter steel posts that are secured with 1'' diameter x 3'-0'' anchor bolts with 2 nuts and 2 washers each, that will go on top of a 4''x10'' class 250 galvanized cast iron pipe flange. The post will also go 4' deep below the ground. Approximate signage will also be installed upon these posts. The project will improve pedestrian safety as well as to ADA compliancy rules.
