Reasons for Exemption
Class 1 - Existing Facilities and Class 3 - New Construction of Small Structures. The project is removal of an existing private structure, and construction of a private accessory structure. All work in the lake will occur between October 15 and December 31. No littoral vegetation will be removed. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats.
