Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0103-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Nadia Hamey, Registered Professional Forester, representing Sempervirens Fund. The project is limited to temporary skid trail crossing and abandoned crossing construction at map points S8, S9, S10, S15 and S17; temporary and permanent seasonal road crossing construction at map points R14, R18, R28, R29, R30, R31 , R32, R33, R35, R36 and R42; water drafting from an offsite pond; and the Accelerated Wood Recruitment project as denoted in the approved 1-19-00043 SCR "Big Jim" Timber Harvest Plan (THP).
