The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is the responsible agency. The State Water Board's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing state funds for the project. The Alview-Dairyland Union School District proposes to drill a test well, sample groundwater, evaluate potential sites for a well, and design a production well with drinking water quality that meets all state and federal standards.

Pursuant to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Code, Section 711.4(d)(1 ), the CDFW environmental review filing fees do not apply.
