Document Description
Repair the balconies, decks, stairs, benches, ramps, and walkways at the Warnecke buildings at Asilomar State Beach and Conference Grounds to upgrade and improve the facilities. Work will: • Repair and/or replace as needed all deteriorated wood decking and fascia boards with historically appropriate wood materials; • Take all salvaged wood and sand, reuse in the location removed from, and seal with an exterior stain; and • Refinish and/or replace metal guard rails and hangers on the balconies as necessary; and • Replace rods, bolts and connectors as needed.
