County of Lake Department of Public Works proposes crack sealing and slurry seal of the existing asphalt pavement on Runway 10-28, the sole runway of the airport. The project will consist of rehabilitation of the runway and portions of the associated exit taxiways. Markings will be replaced.

Where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant adverse effect on the environment, the activity is not subject to CEQA.
