REASON WHY PROJECT IS EXEMPT: The Project consists of feasibility and planning studies and no
groundbreaking activities are proposed. The Project will not have a significant effect on the environment. The
Project has been determined to meet the requirements of the Categorical and Statutory Exemptions selected
above.
Pursuant to the California Department Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Code, Section 711.4(d)(1 ), the CDFW
environmental review filing fees do not apply.
