The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is a responsible agency for
this Project. The SWRCB's Drinking Wat~r State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Program is providing funds for the Project. The City of Williams proposes to complete planning, draft design plans and specifications, and draft environmental documentation for the future construction of the Project.

Project has been determined to meet the requirements of the Categorical and Statutory Exemptions selected

environmental review filing fees do not apply.
