The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is a responsible agency for this Project. The SWRCB's Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Program is providing funds for the Project. The Burney Water District proposes to conduct a planning Project to prepare draft plans and specifications, environmental documents, and perform other planning studies in anticipation of a future construction project to establish an additional water source. One pilot well will be drilled, and aquifer test
pumps will be performed.
