Document Description
The proposed project is the conveyance of a combined total of up to 5,300 acre-feet of Mercy Springs Water District's CVP water (up to 1,300 acre-feet) and Fresno Slough Water District's CVP water (up to 4,000 acre-feet) to TLBWSD. This Non-Project water acquired by Angiola Water District, a member unit of TLBWSD, will be made available by Reclamation to the Department of Water Resources of the State of California (DWR) at O'Neill Forebay for subsequent delivery by DWR to TLBWSD's service area by February 28, 2020. This Non-Project water will be conveyed under Article 55 of TLBWSD's Water Supply Contract with DWR.
