Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0108-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Peter Luchetti. The project is limited to use of a front-end loader to remove no more than 200 cubic yards, annually,of accumulated gravel from the dry floodplain of Putah Creek and drafting water for dust abatement and ranching activities. The excavated gravel and water will be repurposed by spreading on various ranch roads and to support ranching activities during the course of normal operations. Gravel extraction will only occur when there is no flowing or ponded water present within this portion of Putah Creek (large gravel bar). Project related activities do not include the removal of any trees or vegetation.
