The project is also exempt for its specific activities under Class 1 (32) - installation of equipment accessory to the use of the existing structures or facilities that involve negligible or no expansion of use; Class 1 (12) - installation of outdoor lighting or fencing ; Class 3 (5) - water main , sewage electrical or other utility extensions of reasonable lengths to serve an already approved construction.
