Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0311-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Andrew Branagh. In response to a Notice of Violation, the project will enhance approximately 450 feet of the main channel, an onstream pond, and 175 linear feet of a secondary channel with willow-stake dams to slow flows and create habitat suitable for California red-legged frog. The project will include construction of an upstream basin, two downstream basins, a roadway basin and swale to convey flows to collect sediment and convey flows from the channel to the
pond. The channels and pond will be vegetated with native wetland species, and upland areas will be seeded with native grasses. A wooden bridge will be constructed over the main channel and inlet into the pond.
