Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0358-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Charlie Nguyen. The Project includes remediation of a violation that involved repair of an existing bridge and removal of trees without a Streambed Alteration Agreement, and deposit of debris within the streambed or adjacent to the streambank where it may pass into a stream . Remaining work to be done on the bridge, as part of the Agreement, includes pouring
concrete in excavated abutment and wing wall areas. An approximately 18-foot-wide gate will be constructed on the entrance of the bridge, 21 feet from Ravine Road. The Project includes paving of 400 square feet of existing driveway which approaches the bridge. The Project includes removal of debris within the creek bank and several other materials that were positioned near top of bank.
