Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0372-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Kirby Temple.The project is limited to replacement of an existing seep well and the diversion of water from the Trinity River to provide domestic water supply to a home on the legal parcel recognized as 025-310-17-00. Additionally, the project includes the diversion of water from underflow of the Trinity River, pursuant to a riparian basis of claim. The edge of the new well, including excavation, shall be no closer than 25 feet to the edge of the water level at the time of construction.
