Caltrans has determined the project to be categorically exempt in accordance with Section 15302 - Replacement or Reconstruction. The project activities will be occur on virtually the same site as the original structure and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced. The expansion in capacity is negligible and no adverse environmental impacts will occur.
