Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0116-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to RD 2072 as represented by Dominick Gulli. Reclamation District 2072 proposes to construct an oversized enhancement setback levee between levee stations 325+00 to 335+00 to allow waterside planting of Shaded Riverine Aquatic habitat, levee improvement and rehabilitation activities consisting of filling levee back slopes to the BL 192-82 standards and remove Arundo donax from the levee waterside slopes and crown between stations 78+00 and 305+00.
