Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0047-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jay Topping and Krista Topping. In December 2018, repairs and improvements were made to the eastern streambank of Carbonera Creek to protect a property without a Stream bed Alteration Agreement. In February 2019, the Permittee submitted a Lake or Streambed Alteration Program Notification of Emergency Work (Notification of Emergency) 1600-2019-0054-R3. The Notification of Emergency included the construction of a tie-back, shotcrete wall along the face of the stream bank with drain rock and miradrain placed behind the wall. The subject of the Streambed Agreement 1600- 2019-0047-R3 is the remaining repairs and improvements that was not conducted under the Notification of Emergency.
