Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction of a new gravel pavement parking lot to serve the existing Mission Union Elementary School on an existing vacant dirt lot. Public access to the project site is from Foothill Road and a private access is proposed for the abutting properties to the north; two new signs would be located at the Foothill Road entrance and one new sign would be located at the private access entrance. The proposed project includes a total of 69 gravel pavement parking stalls, each with one concrete bumper blocker at the front and markers at the front and rear. Vegetation is proposed along the northern, southern, and eastern borders of the project site.
