Document Description
Minor subdivision (lot split) of a 2.8-acre property at the intersection of Lake Earl Drive and Audree Lane. The property is currently developed with a single family residence. The subdivision would create two lots; one developed with a residence, and one undeveloped. Both proposed properties are zoned Residential and Agriculture, 1 acre minimum lot size. The property is served by on-site services including septic system and well. An on-site soils analysis has been completed for the proposed undeveloped parcel and it has been determined that a conventional septic system is feasible. No development is proposed with this project, although one or two residences (in the form of an accessory dwelling unit) could be developed in the future as a result of the subdivision.
