Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0174-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Woodside 05S LP, as represented by Chris Chambers. Project activities include grading and filling within a tributary to Temecula Creek, and replacing an existing channel and basin within the project area as part of the development of Planning Area 4 of the Paloma del Sol Villages at Paseo del Sol Specific Plan No. 219, Amendment No. 8 (Specific Plan No. SP-4), which includes approximately 42.64 acres of medium-density residential development and approximately 168 dwelling units. This is to advise that CDFW, acting as a Responsible Agency, approved the above described project on May 24,
2021 and has made the following determinations regarding the project pursuant to California Code of Regulations section 15096, subdivision (i):
