- The Planned Development & Tentative Tract Map No. 17604 is a low density, single family residential development that includes 203 residential lots and various other lots for open space uses (entry points, public park, storm water infiltration basin, open space habitat preservation and East Valley Water District). The park will include a play structure, benches and shade area. The project includes a community trail along the western edge of the site. The southeast portion of the site (6.5 acres) will be preserved for sensitive habitat and wildlife species.
